ACTIV365 Consulting is an executive and life coaching firm founded by me - Robert Banks. My passion for improving inter-personal relationships and communication in my own life, combined with my desire to help others grow and succeed, provided the foundation for my coaching business. Prior to becoming a coach, I had established a long-standing history with family, friends and co-workers as a confidant and key resource offering counsel, a supportive ear or a strong shoulder for others that produced positive outcomes and often life-changing events for people. With the goal of refining my existing skills, I enrolled in one of the top coach training programs in the industry. My extensive professional work experience, leadership ability, MBA education, positive attitude, adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for life create the perfect combination for a great coach!
